Hi guys. I lost my 6 year quit about one year ago. I quit by using this forum and by posting and receiving advice here. It was a totaly amazing expierence. However, in the last year I became less thrilled with my quit and took advantage of myself. I fooled around with "little cigars" until I advanced back to cigarettes. Shame on me. My problem is that I whole-heartedly understand how to quit again, but I just have not tried. In my own mind, my quit is still there. I just need to reaquaint myself with it. Smile

So sorry you lost your 6-year quit, Scatter, but it's never too late to get it going again. You know all the benefits of quitting; being able to take nice deep breaths, having a sweet smelling house and car, being able to go up a flight of stairs without gasping for air, etc. Just get it going again and all the good things about quitting will come back to you.

There are still some of us on these boards who were here when you quit 6 years ago. Hang in there and don't let Scowling Demon run your life anymore.

The lights are still on thanks to Kevin so give it a go when you are ready to take back your freedom....after 6 years, you know you can do it and now it needs to be right in your mindset..... make the choice and post often.
