I feel like I've done something really good for myself. I've been a bit moody and somewhat down. I'm sure it has to do with not grabbing a cigarette when I'm anxious or tired. But I haven't and I don't intend to have one. It passes and then I'm so happy I got through it. |

You really have done something good for yourself and you should be very proud of you. Thirty days is a real milestone. Congrats.

you should get yourself a little reward for sticking with it for 30 days; after all, you've got 30 days worth of cigarette money that you could spend on something extra nice...
