After 35 yrs smoking my toes are going numb......must quit smoking now or face amputation....it will be as you all know very hard but with the help from this forum i hope it will help me with this tall mountain i must climb. |

Welcome to Woofmang, Matt. You CAN quit smoking. I had the habit for more than 45 years and was able to quit 9+ years ago. You're right -- it isn't easy but it is so worth the effort. Had I known I could feel as good as I do now, my quit would have taken place a long time ago.

Matt - I hope your quit is off to a good start and you are staying smoke free. The choice to quit is one you will not regret - there are only good and positive things that come from becoming smoke-free... choose LIFE - one day at a time! Sorry to be late welcoming you to Woofmang... not a lot of activity here these days...but lots of good information and great inspiration if you read the tales! _________________
