As of June 4th (yes I missed my Lunaversary) I have been quit for 11 years. It is amazing and exciting to think of how much my life has changed over the last decade. I have shed my destructive lifestyle bit by bit starting with smoking, moving to drinking and then taking back my life with medical treatment for my disease. I am healthy now. I can breath and run with my family. My son is strong and healthy and loves to run as much as his parents do. I am so very lucky to have found the ALA and Woofmang.
Please, if you see my friend Anna posting give her some of the wonderful support I always found here.
Love to all I have missed while blithely going about my life. To the newbies, it gets better, sooooo much better. _________________
I wish you peace.

Hi Alison, glad all is well. have not been to woofmang in, shoot, cannot remember when. I too hit the 11 year mark in November, and I do know that you know that you supported me in my early days back on the old FFS web site. _________________
