And because of this my best friend, who quit smoking with me, told me on Friday that he was never as addicted as I was. His reasoning was that he "never had to stop what I was doing to smoke" so therefore he must not of been as addicted as I was. Now, all this would seem to make a little sense had he not BEEN SMOKING AS HE SAID IT!Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

I haven't smoked in 119 days. He smokes "once or twice a week".

That's a sad lesson - remember it...and don't let old Laughing Demon try to pull that one on you!! You are doing great Moose!

I have talked to so many that say OH how did you do it how did you quit I want to. I tell them alot of it is mindset. If you truly want to quit then you wkill the Laughing Demon can't trap you if your deciding to stand strong. Your doing great Moose keep up the good work. Remember the lesson learned from your fridnd and personally I say pity him for he won't know how great it is to be free of the Laughing Demon
