Hi Tonya,

I just joined WW in my first week of my quit. I just got weighed and lost 4 pounds this past week.

WOOOHOOO!!!!!

I can't believe myself.

My biggest hurdle is trying to incorporate exercise into my life. I am trying to do at least 30 minutes of some form of torture oops I mean exercise 6 times a week.

YOU ARE AWESOME, and a big part of my awesome quit!!!
