Hi,
This is my first time on this site...I came on searching for support for the weight gain after I quit. I quit on June 1, and have already put on 8 lbs. I hate the weight gain sooooo bad that I'm tempted to start smoking again, which is totally crazy. Julie, what an inspiration you are to have started weight watchers at the same time you quit. I could only deal with focusing on one stress at a time. Can someone provide me with some encouragement please.
Thanks,

Hey, did we ALL miss Teresa's post?
Sorry, Teresa! Welcome.
I am of the male persuasion, so I will leave it to the ladies to talk to you about weight stuff. I have put on 9 lbs since I quit smoking, but so far I have not done anything to try to lose those pounds.
Tom
I have been quit for 7 Months, 2 Weeks, 21 hours and 19 minutes (227 days). I have saved $854.57 by not smoking 6,836 cigarettes. I have saved 3 Weeks, 2 Days, 17 hours and 40 minutes of my life. _________________
