Hi Eileen!! Sorry so slow to answer you, I was out of town this weekend, surrounded by smokers It went fine, but it was just another reinforcement of why I never want to do it again...my freedom is precious to me!!!
I'm glad I could inspire you, because it's been so great for me to lose some of this extra weight (that had nothing to do with the quit, just food ) I'm a Dr. Phil fan, and I can honestly say that his book saved my life in more ways than one. Weight was just a small part of it!!! _________________
