Had another of those smoking dreams last night. I was so mad and felt all was lost. I know this is normal but it makes me so sad when it does happen. In my dream I had smoked when I was out somewhere and woke up the next morning in my dream and was so mad at myself. I looked in my purse and saw 3 more cigarettes left in the pack and said I might as well finish the pack before I try again. I was so upset. but it was so vivid, I could feel the smoke in my lungs and everything. But when I actually did wake up it was such a huge relief!! I does make my resolve not to take one puff even stronger though. _________________

Hey Barb! I have never had one and don't want one. I am glad you can turn it into resolve that is a great thing. It must be very strange. Keep up the good work.

Smoking dreams are weird. I have had two. The first was very early in my quit. In my dream, I found some cigarettes in a jacket pocket and smoked. I was not upset about it. I quite enjoyed it. I was not dismayed when I woke up, I was actually upset at the alarm awakening me! The second was a few weeks ago. In this dream I was very aware that I had quit, and was appalled when I smoked. I remember saying, "What am I doing? I quit!" in the dream. This time I was relieved when I woke up and had not really smoked. Progress maybe? _________________

I hate to tell this one...but I have not had a dream where I was smoking but after the party the other night...well, I saw Kevin wearing his silk (of all things) jacket getting out of the car Tonya gave him. When he turned around, the back of the jacket said EX-SMOKER! That is all I remember. sorta like the robe in ROCKY
