Today starts PALMARES!!! I am doing great!!! Feel it's getting easier every day... (maybe less hard, it's not easy) I started school again yesterday!!! Another oppotunity to prove myself a strong quitter!!!!
I love being quit!!!
I'm feeling very happy!!!
I love smelling like perfume instead of stinking smoke!!!!
I love savoring every single bite!!!!
I love having that change in my pocket for bus passes!!!
I love the smell of my crazy curly hair... (shampoo instead of cig smell)!!!
I love the way I feel proud when I tell someone I quit!!!
I love coming here (woofmang) and telling everyone, I'M STILL QUIT!!!!
I love having control over my anxiety more now, than EVER!!!
I love the way I'm being so much more disciplined, I've been able to lose weight also!!!!
I love how I don't have to worry about coming home and having to hear my mom go on and on about cigs!!!
I love the way my sisters feel so proud of me when they see I can go out and still not smoke although everyone around is smoking! They keep smiling at me!!!! Like recognizing my great achievement!!!
I love how now I don't have to ask for breaks at work to go out and smoke!
I love how I can know ignore more and more the nicodemon making stupid excuses!!!
I love how now, I can do my nails and see them the real color and not yellow-brownish any more!!! (the index and middle fingers on my right hand)..
I love how I can speak close and not be afraid of my stinky smoking breath!!!
I love how everyone congratulates me when I turn down a cig offered!!!
I love how I can get on the bus and pick a good seat instead of having to put up with the whole trip standing (and it’s a long trip! About hour and a half)!!! Because of being outside smoking!!!
I love how I now prove wrong those who didn’t believe I could quit!!!
I love how I can now stay the whole class writing and paying attention instead of thinking about going out for a cig!!!
Anyone wants to be second on making a list of why they are loving being quit???

I LOVE your energy!
I love that I don't have to stress all the time about my next smoke. I love that I don't smell like smoke anymore.
I love that I can smell again and taste things better.
I love that I can do my aerobics more easily and enjoy it more because of that.
I love the money I get to spend on other things.
I love that I don't have to go out into the cold ice storms to smoke
I love that I'm not a slave anymore...
I LOVE THAT I AM FREE!!
Kris

Way to go Marcell!!!!!
I love that I don't cough at night the minute I lay my head on the pillow.
I love that I don't unexpectedly cough.
I love that I can breath easier when I come up the basement steps.
I love that my kids love to get close to me now.
I love my house doesn't smell like a cheap hotel room.
I love being on this web site.
I love the people on this web site.
I love the thought of my mother who died of cancer smiling down on me for quiting.
I love being able to go into a restaurant and asking for the "No Smoking" section.
I love that I could go on forever with this.........

Marcel,
I'm so proud of you. You keep noticing all the great stuff about being smokefree. Just keep adding to your list.
I love the freedom I now have!!
I love the smell of fresh brewed coffee even more.
I love to deeply breathe in the fresh air outside.
I love having a fresher home.
I love kissing my hubby without worry.
I love seeing a better complexion.
I love the confidence I have within myself.
I love the "spring" in my step now.
I love loving the new me.
Just a small sample.
