I am feeling better for short periods of time. Today I got a little house cleaning done. Still very short of breath and I'd rather be sleeping. Confused

I am getting my taste back and that is not such a good thing. Tomorrow I may try the treadmill for a short time. Darn over a week ago I had made it up to 15 mins. Might not sound good but my first try I made it 4 min and fell off laughing so hard I couldn't stand up.

Cow girl so glad to hear you are feeling better. Smile

Anyone else feeling like eating again. Shocked

Hey, Sandy. I think 15 minutes on the treadmill is great. I started very slowly too but have made it up to 30 minutes (1.5 miles). You can do it too, just be patient. Guess it's worth it; my pulse rate has dropped by 10 since I began exercising 7 months ago.

Hope you and Kay are both feeling better. Don't push yourselves. From what I'm hearing, this "bug" takes time.

Thanks Jo...I am feeling a little better. I walked the treadmill for five min and that was pushing it. I still feel very weak but need to work on getting back to the day to day. I also did about 10 min of Yoga.

Feels like I am starting over. Oh well thanks Jo for letting me know it took you time to. And, you are right this "bug" is a nasty one.

As every thing else that goes with quitting...this too will pass.

Sandyz

Cowgirl...hope you are feeling better.

Yes, finally I think I am safe to say I am feeling better.....still snot infested but livable now. My breathing is returning to normal ...that was the scary part....

I missed joining the health club cause Hubby did not want to join with the eq we have in the basement so I got a recumbent bike today so we can really start to exercise....hoping this will put me over the top or at least help me pull myself up on Gus.....depending on how many 4 wheelers we encounter, I wear myself out getting on and off....I have no legs you know...only 5'1" so I have to bounce several times to get on and stretch like the devil to find the ground coming back down Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes anyways....I have great intentions!
