Hawaii has the best average. I would hope they'd want to keep with the pristine-ness of their land. Good for them. Coincidentally, the worst report cards are the Southern states...hmmm I wonder why (I said, sarcastically..). I think as more and more people get educated, like, say in the next millenia...the nation as a whole could get those grades up!! Too bad the tobacco companies have such a death grip (forgive the pun) on the nation.

Of course, Indiana is pretty pathetic with the scores. It does sure seem like the land of smokers here. Sad commentary. _________________
