Very Happy Hi All,

In regards to my moment of insanity at my doctor's office Monday on count of the poor customer relations demonstrated by an employee, it indirectly will pay off for me. I mean pay off in monetary figures too. After I had calmed down from my fit of anger and gotten my thoughts clear, I spoke to a big wheel at my doctor's office complex late the next day. In the course of making my statement of what occurred Monday, I had also spoke of making overpayments on my co-pays this year. It was also related to my build up of frustrations at the lady behind the desk that I won't go into to now. The office manager called me today to let me know that the incident was documented after she had investigated it. Then she proceeds to tell me that I have a substantial refund coming back to me for co-pays paid in the many years gone by on count of my secondary insurance paying it. And all I thought I had overpaid was about $20 just this year. When she mentioned a rough firgure of around $400 coming back to me I nearly jumped out of my seat with joy!

Blessings,

Wow! THat is great! Very Happy

Good grief, I wonder how many of us have done that? I don't know if I will have the patience (or the documentation) to check it, but maybe I should! Idea

Very Happy Hi Pam,

I really doubt they would have done an audit on their own. I had mentioned it to a small degree to the big wheel I spoke to of the practice but that was just for this year.

Thank you all for sharing with me in my happiness about this.

Blessings,
