Hi Lisa, CONGRATULATIONS on ONE WEEK! And not an easy one at that, I am sure! But, here you are, dont ever take it lightly, for the decision you made to quit smoking, and do just that, each day, not smoke, was one of the most important ones you will ever make, gosh, its your life, and not smoking, you will certainly have more of it, LIFE!!! God be with you, Heidi |

Congratulations Lisa!
You've made it through your very first week of Freedom and I am so proud of you! It was tough but you stuck with it and you stayed strong!
Personally I think the first week is the worst one and now you can put that behind you and just keep moving forward...on your way towards a life time of being free!
Keep up the good work, stay committed and be proud of what you have accomplished!
