Good to have you back. If at first you don't succeed....Try, try, try, try, try again!! We all have done it. Quit and started up again, at one point or another. It's part of the nicodemon dance. Take your time, and make sure that you have your ammo in place when you start quitting again!!!
Be well,

Ros:
I'm new, but I just wanted to say hi and tell you to get things sorted out and then have another go at it.
I certainly had my share of false starts, so I can relate very well to your situation.
This is by far the longest I have ever stuck with it, and I am very glad that I gave it this "one more try!"
One very important thing to hang onto is the knowledge that things will get better. Your old habit will be telling you that there's no use in fighting him this time, because he will just come back and torment you again and again. Well, he will for a while, but the good news is that it really, really does get easier! Just hang in there through the early stages, and you will see what I mean. No way I would quit or anyone else would if the struggle of the first few days was all that you could expect for the future. The old habit wants you to think that it will be that way, but IT WON'T!
Tom
