Things I can do now that I don't smoke.......

Friday (10/13)........walked 20 miles from 730am to 530pm
Sat (10/14)............walked 20 miles from 730am to 530pm
Sun (10/15)...........walked 20 miles from 730am to 530pm

Fundraising efforts $2200.00
Sleeping Bag $15.00

Walking 60 miles in 3 Days for the Breast Cancer 3 Day walk without feeling breathless or short of lung capacity......

PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so super proud of myself! This morning was the first day back where any thoughts of smoking and/or not smoking went through my mind......writing here ironically. This weekend was life changing, life celebrating, and life affirming!

I choose life! Because I can!!

a month 1/2 free!!

I certainly didn't come out uninjured....but nothing too serious. A pulled knee muscle, a pain in my foot (who knows what it is), a pretty bad sunburn, "road rash"-which is my nickname for the irrited skin on my calfs and shins associated with pollutants, allergies, car exhausts, etc., blisters, blisters, and more blisters!!! But feeling really good today!!

Thanks for all the well wishing!!
