not as bad as day 1 so far only because i've been super busy. someone called in sick today and someone else is out all week on vacation, so work has flown by compared to yesterday. just checking in while eating my lunch (at 3:30 in the afternoon! good thing i brought a snack for this morning!). the stress sucks and i really wish i had slept better last night. hoping to start feeling some benefits soon to remind me this is all worth it!

Good job Jenny! Keep taking it one minute at a time - and you are right! It will get better....and you WILL see the benefits of quitting - just keep choosing to be free....not one puff - ever.....NOPE - not a smoker anymore....stay smober... _________________

This is what I have done (shocking!!!!!!!)
Ten months, three weeks, six days, 10 hours, 38 minutes and 51 seconds. 18229 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,375.05. Life saved: 9 weeks, 7 hours, 5 minutes.
If I can do that, anyone can quit. My friends are still amazed.... 18,000 cigarettes NOT SMOKED.... trust me when you get here, you'll feel so good and be so happy that looking forward to a future without smoking will be the best thing you ever saw.
You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
I so love not smoking now, it's awesome. I promise.
