Literally, I stink. And the boyfriend found out tonight. Not good.
No more for me...I don't like hiding, I don't like feeling out yet I'm so afraid of failing again.
How do I get myself in stupid situations? Poor decisions...Queen of Poor Decisions.
Self Destruction and intentional sucide has taken control and I want it back...I don't think I could every feel so disqusted. _________________

Morning Tracy!
You know...Christmas is just 3 days away...and what better present to give yourself, then the gift of life and freedom. It's on this day that our Gracious Father gave us His gift to us....a gift of just that....life and freedom in His Son. And it was in a simple place that He revealed His Son...a stable with a manger. Simplicity! Nothing fancy, no big parade...and who was the blessed event announced to....shepherds...the simple in heart.
Tracy....strip away all those fears, and rid yourself of all the complications, and jump-through-hoop type thoughts....and return to the simplicity and simple manner of quitting. Make the choice, the decision, and then just simply walk and live out the choice to quit and be free....simply one day and one moment at a time. Give yourself the gift of life and be free!

Tracy, remember only one step at a time. Put the guilt far, far behind you and think positively about yourself and your life. You're a wonderful person -- you know that! Now get rid of all the smoking stuff and enter the life of freedom. You've done it before; you can do it again.
Hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! _________________

tracy, the only control this addiction has over you is the control you give it.
the next time you feel a crave, acknowledge it: say to yourself, "oh. craving again." - just like it's the most boring thing in the world; no big deal, no drama. just notice it.
then, make the conscious choice not to feed it: say to yourself, "i'm choosing to experience the momentary discomfort of not feeding this crave in order to gain all these long-term benefits: self-control, freedom, etc..." (you do have a list of reasons why you want to be free, right? recite them to yourself here.)
then, just go on to the next thing you have to do, and forget about it until the next time.
rinse and repeat.
remember: the craves will go away whether you feed them or not. feeding them reinforces the addiction and makes the next crave stronger, starving them reinforces your freedom and self-control, and makes the next crave weaker.
btw: re: your "queen of poor decisions" comment: babe ruth was also the strike-out king, but what do we remember him for? _________________
keep choosing life!

Tracy
You know that you are the only one you are hiding from when you sneek a smoke, everyone around knows a smoker, evan another smoker can smell a smoker. I can't give you any better advice than the others have given you. Just be strong and be tuff.
Oh and Kevin forgot to say another thing we do not remember Babe Ruth for, he did die from lung cancer, he smoked like a chimminey.
