Thank the Lord you are still standing and smoke free and I assume your family is all safe as well as you didn't say different. Happy to hear you're safe, Kay. Take care. _________________

Thank God you and yours are all well. Those storms are really frightening. We had a dandy the night before you were hit. Our area is fine but the northern part of St. Louis County really got it. No deaths here, though.
When we have storm warnings we grab a radio, flashlights and medicines and head for the basement. Years ago, when I was a smoker, the first thing I would grab when was my cigarettes. It's sure nice not to have to worry about that anymore. _________________

Last February. 28th, I was at my moms so were 2 of my sisters. Tornado went thru. What a scary experience. We were so used to it in this area, so I wasn't scared till it was nearly too late. I thought we were goners. Turned out ok for us even tho me and my sister both lost cars due to downed trees, my parents had to get a chimney and roof and back porch work, but some lost their homes. We were all very lucky that day. _________________
